    Getting POST Individual responses for a client's portal with latency over two minutes from Enquire. Logged a support ticket, id # 66844, with additional details regarding the client's instance.

    I get "ErrorCode": "UnauthorizedAccessException" but this was working about 20 minutes ago. I regenerated the keys and still get the error message.   • Get Activity Returns Empty

    Get Activity is returning no data, either run remotely or from the developer portal. Other methods working normally. Enquire website is showing activity.

  • Missing community from API

    For our portalid 139, the API is not returning entries for community La Grange even though the online system reports leads for this community.

  • The API Docs for "Type GET" list incorrect TypeIds

    The list of Types and their Ids is incorrect. For example, TypeId 46 should return Ethicities.   • Error on CampaignIndividual Endpoint

    We're currenlty receiving a Win32 execption on the CampaignIndividual endpoint. PortalId: 131 CampaignId: 8341 https://api2.enquiresolutions.com/v3/CampaignIndividual?PortalId=131&CampaignId=8341 Any help in diagnosising this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • 400 on V3 /Search endpoint

    We're experiencing a 400 error on a request to the V3 /Search endpoint. This error started occuring around 1am cst. Our application reports the error as: Error while attempting API request. Reason: The requested URL returned error: 400 ArgumentException (22). Request: https://api2.enquiresolutions.com/v3/Search/?PortalId=49&ListId=295&PageNumber=1&PageSize=500& This query was running successfully as early as yesterday. Can you shed any light on this issue?
